Our production time is currently 2 to 10 business days. 

If you need a faster production time, our rush order option is for you! For an additional $20, your production time will be 1 to 2 business days instead of 2 to 10 business days. Your order will also ship with priority mail with this option. To upgrade to rush, select "rush my order" during checkout.

Once the order has been made (production time 2 to 10 biz days), shipping will take:

– Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days
– Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days (upgrade during checkout)

Most domestic orders ship with USPS (United States Postal Service).

However, some orders might ship using UPS, or FedEx based on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. 

Time until you receive your item(s) = Production time + Delivery Time

Domestic orders:

    - Our production time is 2 to 10 business days.

    - Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days with standard shipping, and 1 to 3 business days with express shipping. 

    International orders

    - Our production time is 2 to 10 business days.

    - Delivery time: due to covid 19, delivery time for international orders can take up to 2 to 3 months to be delivered. We can not refund orders due to delivery delays.

    – Standard shipping: Delivery in 2 to 5 business days
    – Express shipping: Delivery in 1 to 3 business days

    We are happy to announce that we ship internationally. You can select the country of your choice during checkout.

    - Our production time is 2 to 10 business days.

    - Delivery time: due to covid 19, deliveries for international orders can take up to 2 to 3 months to be delivered. We can not refund orders due to delivery delays, and we ask you to take that into account when placing an order with us.

    You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

    At Happy Gift Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. If you item arrived broken, damaged, or has a mistake, we automatically offer to send a free replacement as soon as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and do not wish to receive a free replacement, you can return the products to us for a full refund. 

    Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalized items. However, we always offer a free replacement or a refund if the item was damaged upon delivery or if something was wrong with your order.

    Please email us at: vahappygiftmarket@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to set up a free replacement or a return/refund. Make sure to include images of the item in case it was damaged or in case there was a mistake, and we will get back to you within 1 business day. 

    Because of our fast production process, we start working on designing your items very quickly. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please send an email to vahappygiftmarket@gmail.com with your order number in order to request a cancellation.



    If you need to change your shipping address, email us right away with your order number, and we will do our best to make the necessary changes. Note: once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address. However, if you contact us quickly and the order is still in production stages, we should be able to change the address for you.

    If you need to make a change to your order such as a personalization change, or add/remove items, we should be able to accommodate you, unless the order has already been printed. To make a change to your order, please send an email to vahappygiftmarket@gmail.com with your order number and the change(s) you are requesting.


    If your item arrived damaged, has a defect, or is not as described (mistake in the personalization, for example), you do not need to return it. Just email us at vahappygiftmarket@gmail.com Make sure to attach a picture of the item in the email, include your name, and your order number and we will set up a free replacement or a refund. 

    If a package is refused or returned to us unopened, the customer will be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
