How do I make a purchase?
Simply navigate to the product you are interested in purchasing, then click on the “Add to Cart” button. You will then enter the shopping cart area to view your list of items for purchase. If you are done shopping, click on the checkout button to complete your purchase where you will be prompted for shipping & payment information. All online transactions are secure & encrypted with SSL (secure socket layer) technology for ultimate protection of private and financial information.
How do I order online?
Placing an order online is easy and convenient. Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, select the “check out” feature to begin the checkout process. Once you have entered your shipping and billing information, submit your order.
Do you always have stock?
Everything we sell is always in stock, otherwise we will not allow you to complete the checkout process.
What are my payment options?
Happy Gift Market accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments. For your convenience, we also accept payment via PayPal. We do not currently accept checks or money orders.
What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our website are quoted in US Dollars.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to announce that we ship internationally. You can select the country of your choice during checkout.

Happy Gift Market assures that all transactions conducted on its website are completely secure. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information once it is in our records.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You will receive an email notification immediately following your order. You will then receive another notification once your product has shipped. If you have created an account with us, you will be able to track the progress of your order.

What are Happy Gift Market shipping methods & costs?
We use USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS, or FedEx to ship all domestic orders. For international orders, we may also use DHL, Fedex, and they themselves work with local postal services. For more information, please consult our shipping page at Shipping & Returns.
How long does it take to receive products?
Time until you receive your item(s) = Production time + Shipping Time
Our production is on average 2 to 3 business days but can take up to 5 business days (Saturdays and Sundays are not business days). During a holiday season, please allow up to 7 business days for production.
Once the item has been produced, it is shipped. The shipping time (or delivery time) will be different depending on your destination country. Check the delivery time below.

I need my order faster. Do you have a rush order option?
We offer a rush order option for . With that option, the production time will only be 1 business day, instead of the regular 3 to 5 business days. The rush order option can be selected during checkout.
During the holiday season, our rush order option brings production time to 2 business days instead of 2 to 7 business days.
Can Happy Gift Market create custom items for me?
We offer two options for custom items.
- Go to the menu. Click on “Shop all”. Under the product category of your choice (example: Mug), select “Build a custom mug for me”. Follow the instructions to create your mug based on the available fonts, font colors, and clipart designs.
- If you want a completely customized item from scratch that does not match the available fonts, font color, and clipart design, please follow the steps in the first option. Then, purchase our “Design Fee” listing for $7.50. This design fee covers the extra time spent creating a fully unique item for you. Our “Design Fee” listing can be purchased here:

Returns & Exchanges
What is your refund policy?
At Happy Gift Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges.
Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. The customer is responsible for paying shipping when an item is returned.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalized items. But we will offer a refund or free replacement if the item was damage upon delivery or if there was a mistake. Check the next question to find out what to do if your item is damaged, broken, or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect?
If your item arrived damaged, had a defect, or was not as described (mistake in the personalization, for example), you do not need to return it. Please email us at email@example.com, attach a picture of the item in the email, and include your order number. Let us know if you want a refund or a free replacement in that email. We will answer that email and confirm the next steps with you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalized items. But we will offer a refund or free replacement if the item was damage upon delivery or if there was a mistake.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Because of our fast production process, we start working on designing your items very quickly. Therefore, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in order to request a cancellation.
If you need to change your address or your personalization, email us right away and we will do our best to make the necessary changes.
Does Happy Gift Market offer a service to gift wrap items?
We automatically wrap in a cello bag, and add crinkle paper to the packaging for the following items: Tote bags, Cosmetic Bags, Mouse Pads, Tumblers.
For coffee mug, we offer a gift box option for an additional $5. This option can be selected during checkout. Your mug will come in a cello bag with a ribbon, and then will be placed in a gift box. We will also add crinkly paper to it. If you order more than one mug, they will all be in separate cello bags, but will come in the same gift box. If you want separate gift boxes, please place separate orders.

Receiving your order
What if my package has been damaged during shipment?
Even though it does not happen often, an item might arrive damaged. In that case, simply take a picture of the damaged/broken item and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name and order number in the email. We will immediately send a replacement, at no additional cost to you.
What if my package is refused or undelivered?
If a package is refused or returned to us unopened, the customer will be charged the shipping cost of the order amount and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
